System Development Guidlines

I have experience with planning. I'm organized and plan my time. I'm sure I do well with planning, involving the users, and listening. I'm interested in listening without having my own notions. I only have my own notions when the user is confused or don't know what they want; then I would give my opinion and recommendations. Using management tools to identify tasks and milestones is harder. Being on schedule and having checkpoints might be easier if I do the planning and involving phase. I will need to learn how long it takes to complete things. I think that being flexible is okay for me, but I might have room for more experience with that. Telling someone how much it will cost is something I don't know about yet. I would have to compare myself to competitors and ask all the customers what they think is a fair price and see how all that correlates.
